Our home backs huge open space/national forest, and yet is within short walking distance (about 1/2 mile or less) of elementary, junior high and high schools in Cheyenne Mountain School District 12, one of best in state. House Exchange A nice studio apartment in downtow... 29.10.2008 27.01.2009 We are planning to stay in SMA from January to the end of May and would like to offer to anyone interested our studio apartment in a brand new condo, furnished of course Mexican style :). The apartment is brand new, we don't live there (we live in a big house north of Toronto), just use it when we visit our family and friends in Toronto. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, espresso/cappuccino, dishwasher, stove, fridge, toaster, dishes, also there is a washer and dryer in the suite and a balcony. There is of course a swimming pool and gym in the condo and 24 hour security. The condo is located 5 minute walk from the Lake Ontario, 5 minute walk to the EX and 15 minute walk to the CN Tower and all the other attractions are near by. There is a streetcar stop right at the door. You could use it for all 5 months when we are in SMA or only on occasions (and that could also be during the summer months if you prefer). In exchange we would like to have a 1 bdr apartment in SMA but it must be close to jardin. We could work out all the details, so please contact us if you want to spend some time in Canada or maybe are planning to send your kid to the college in Toronto for the winter semester. We have a three bedroom, two bathroom house close to the major university here, the University of Washington, and ten minutes from downtown Seattle. We would preferably like this exchange to last for six months to a year. There is also available a 350 square foot artist's studio located 20 minutes away.
